Plain-English summary
Z6 operates a coaching platform. To do that, we store information you give us (email, name, program data) and information we generate on your behalf (session logs, messages, payments). We do this securely and only for the purpose of running the product you pay for.
What we collect
You give us:
- Account details: name, email, password (hashed).
- Coach profile: bio, specialties, location, photos you upload.
- Client data: names, contact info, intake answers, goals.
- Program content: exercises, sets, reps, notes, videos you upload.
Automatically collected:
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, IP address.
- Session logs: when clients train, what they log, adherence patterns.
- Payment metadata via Stripe (we never see card numbers).
How we use it
- To run the product you pay for — build programs, run sessions, process payments.
- To surface adherence flags, forecasts, and analytics within your account.
- To improve the service in aggregate — we may look at which features are used, never at specific client data.
- To email you about your account, billing, and material product changes.
- We do not use your data or your clients' data to train AI models. Period.
What we share
We share data only with service providers we need to run Z6: Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting), Postmark (email). These providers are bound by contract to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we hired them for.
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers. If a law enforcement request comes in, we push back unless legally compelled.
Retention
- Active account data: kept as long as your account is active.
- Deleted data: purged within 30 days of deletion request.
- Payment records: retained 7 years per tax law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, UK DPA), you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (we'll comply unless we're legally required to retain).
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to processing for direct marketing.

Children
Z6 is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
